host of Manhattan Cable Television's "Atlantean Tarot with Allison"
since 1995. Over the years, she has had the pleasure of bringing her unique
style of Tarot card reading to hundreds of individuals from all walks
of life.
During the course of broadcasting "Atlantean Tarot", Allison has been proud to offer her viewers on-air interviews with some of today's greatest thinkers. Hello, I am
Allison O'Dell, host of Manhattan Cable Television's "Atlantean Tarot
with Allison". Since 1995, I have brought Tarot readings to the people
of Manhattan, New York, on my weekly live show, in addition to sharing
information on the great psychic Edgar Cayce.
Edgar Cayce led an ordinary life, until
he learned he had a very extraordinary talent. By putting himself into
a sort of deep sleep, he was able to give medical readings for others,
describing their condition in detailed terms and suggesting unusual remedies,
usually herbal or chiropractic in nature. Once awake, he could hardly
pronounce the terms he had used with such deftness during the reading.
The healing methods he suggested, when followed properly, had an over
98.4% success rate. Since these readings seemed so insightful and true,
people began to turn to him for help with other problems. When asked questions
of a psychological nature, he was able to tell individuals of their past
lives, eventually describing in detail a great civilization, known as
Atlantis.
According to Cayce, the Atlanteans were
a race typified by extremes. They developed an advanced civilization based
on their vast understanding of the nature of God and the universe. Their
great culture was eventually destroyed by the abuse of their high-level
technology combined with war, and finally, earth changes, or, a polar
shift. (Plato wrote of Atlantis sinking into the sea in one day and one
night). Cayce stated many Atlanteans are now reincarnated and are alive
today, specifically on the East Coast. It has always been my contention,
because of the extreme pace of NYC, that many Atlanteans had been specifically
attracted here.
Cayce explained that the forces now in effect
on the earth are similar to the time of Atlantis, and are perfect conditions
for the reincarnated Atlanteans to face the certain karma from that time,
and learn the lessons of the Atlanteans that preceded us. He had a great
hope that we would find peaceful solutions to the long held resentments
still in effect from Atlantis, while emphasizing that future events were
dependent upon our free will.
I incorporate the readings of Cayce with
my work with the Tarot and Astrology , because I believe these tools were
used by Atlanteans to help them in their lives, just as we can today.
They were very interested in advancing themselves spiritually, and I have
found that seeking advice from the Tarot while keeping your highest spiritual
development in mind can bring great results, truly illuminating your life
as you have created it, and giving you the opportunity to see all of your
options clearly. Above all, Edgar Cayce stressed that we have free will.
I believe it is necessary to address both Tarot cards and astrological
charts with a keen appreciation of this fact.
We, as reincarnated Atlanteans, have also
chosen through our own free will to be here during this time on earth.
Let us take Edgar Cayce’s advice and remember the main belief of
the Atlantean Children of the Law of One: ~WE ARE ALL ONE~
